MISSION STATEMENT


The mission of Kids’ Connection Preschool is to foster the development of children.

 

Our goal is to help children establish and build a solid foundation that will be built upon in the years to come.  This foundation will strive to strengthen their social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual development; all within a safe, fun, loving Christian environment.

CLASSES AND HOURS

 

The preschool year runs from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

 

Preschool hours:

Monday through Friday      9:00 – 11:30
Monday, Tuesday & Friday 12:30 – 3:00


3 Year Olds

*must be 3 by September 15


Tuesday & Thursday

9:00 am - 11:30 am

$85.00 per month


Monday, Wednesday & Friday

9:00 am - 11:30 am

$110.00 per month


4 Year Olds

*must be 4 by September 15

 

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

9:00 am - 11:30 am

$110.00 per month

 

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

$110.00 per month

 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

9:00 am - 11:30 am

$190.00 per month


 

The five day class offers an opportunity for children to work in a small group on more extended projects and is a wonderful transition for older children who are not yet ready for full day/everyday kindergarten, but could benefit from the added stimulation and daily routine of a five-day program.

DAILY ACTIVITIES

 

Our daily activities allows each child to:

  • Experience literature, pre-reading, pre-writing, pre-math skills,
  • Participate in small group experiences,
  • Quiet and active play, indoor and outdoor times daily,
  • Participates in child-initiated and teacher-directed exercises,
  • Make decisions, care for themselves, and be responsible for their own materials,
  • Experience snack time that enables self-independence by allowing children to be involved in table setting, passing, serving, and pouring for themselves,
  • Explore their world through field trips,
  • Welcomes parents into the classroom as observers, participants, and valuable resources.

 

STAFF


All preschool staff members are:

  • Certified in CPR and First Aid,
  • Experienced in working with young children,
  • Participate in ongoing early childhood training.
  • Members of The National Association for the Education of Young Childrem

 

THE FACILITY


Your child will find a place that:

  • Is arranged in learning centers,
  • Is clean, bright, organized and developmentally appropriate,
  • Offers a wide variety of ongoing activities,
  • Provides for experimentation and new experiences each day,
  • Provides a print-rich environment,
  • Has an excellent fenced-in outdoor play area.
